Olympic Sprinter / All Round Beast

We have had the distinct pleasure of partnering with GB Olympic Sprinter Harry Aikines-Aryeetey. Harry has represented Great Britain in several Olympic Games and will hopefully continue to do so for the foreseeable future. He trains for around four hours every day, each session consisting of high-intensity circuits.
