As one of the UK's best sprinters, Harry spends a great deal of his time training. This usually consists of track based speed and endurance work or intense, gym based circuits. Stretching and conditioning may also be incorporated into the routine to decrease the risk from injury and improve overall performance.

With such a demanding training schedule the importance of nutrition in completing your 10 week plan is paramount. It drives your recover, aiding your energy levels, muscle growth and ability to train at your full potential each and every day. Our athletes have created meal plans, supplement advice and nutrition education sections in your book to not only instruct you, but teach you how to eat correctly. 

Unlike the majority of nutrition plans where each meal is pre-planned the Gymbook offers you meal suggestions and prompts you when to eat/drink throughout the day. This flexible approach allows you to align your nutrition with your schedule and be more involved in the process. Our athletes also give you information on the supplements they use and tell you how they can help you throughout the 10 week regime.
