Which book is right for me?
With each of our books being totally different it is vital that you consider your options carefully. The book that is right for you depends on the amount of effort you want to put in, your current level of fitness and the results you hope to achieve. See ‘Training Tiers’ page to find out more about choosing a plan.
Can girls buy the Gymbooks designed for guys, and vice versa?
Absolutely. Physiologically men and women are similar and so the results gained, despite gender, will also show similarities. That said, there are two things to consider. First, the results achieved will be relative to the gender. Women following our ‘Get Big’ plan, for instance, will gain mass but not to the extent of men. Secondly, our programs are designed for gender-specific goals. For example, our women’s ‘shape and sculpt’ program is specifically designed to help promote curves and female muscle definition. If a man desires this result, by all means, buy the program.
Do I have to follow the supplement and nutrition targets?
Our recommended nutrition and supplement targets are guides only. While each of our recommendations is specifically designed for the program in question, you should follow them at your own luxury. Furthermore, rather than sticking religiously to our recommended meal compositions you should cater them to your beliefs and eating habits. Vegans or vegetarian, for example, should aim to hit the same macro targets with protein-based vegetables.
What will I receive with my Gymbook?
To help you keep track of where you are in your fitness journey each Gymbook comes with a high-quality pen, bookmark, sticker and personalized welcome letter.
How can I check my order status?
We are currently working on integrating a more comprehensive tracking system into our order process. You can view the overall status of your order on your account page.
How can I amend my order?
You can amend your order for up to 5 hours after your payment has been accepted, or before you have received a shipping notification. Once an item has been shipped you will be subject to our refund policy. To amend or cancel an order please log into your account area.
I've received the wrong product, what should I do?
If by some mistake you have received the wrong product then please accept our sincerest apologies! Please contact us at email@example.com
What is my estimated delivery time?
Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping destination. Once an order has been processed we estimate the following delivery times:
UK: 2-3 Working Days
EU: 4-5 Working Days
Rest of World: 5-7 Working Days
My discount code isn't working!
In the event that your discount code isn’t working follow these three steps:
1. Refresh your browser and try re-entering your code. Our codes contain no spaces.
2. Try re-entering the code an hour later. If it is a new code it may need some time to register in our system.
3. Should the above fail please contact our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange, store credit or a refund minus the original shipping charges.
You can return a product for up to 20 days from the date you purchased it.
All returned items must in "as new" condition (i.e. un-worn and un-washed).
How do I make a return?

Fill out the returns form and send it to us with your return.
We're not responsible for returns in transit so we advise that you use a recorded service to make sure they arrive safely.
We will take care of everything when your goods arrive and get any exchanges or refunds sorted out straight away. If there are any problems or issues we will be in touch.
We have extended our returns policy for all Christmas presents to 28 days starting from Christmas day.
I can't log into my account!
Getting an error message trying to log into your account? Please check the following:
1) Check you’re using the same email address you used to sign up.
2) On the bottom right of the main website, there is a small flag where you select which store to shop on, ensure you’re on the correct store as your login is unique to your location.
3) Have you just forgotten your password? Follow this link to reset your password.
If all else fails, get in touch with support and we’ll look into it a little further for you!
